Win a Stay Inside Disney’s Cinderella Castle with New Charity Fundraiser

Many Walt Disney World guests may wonder what’s inside Cinderella Castle. The restaurant Cinderella’s Royal Table is well-known for its Disney Princess character dining, but that only accounts for the second floor at the back of the castle. What many visitors may not realize is that there’s a fully functional suite toward the top of the castle, complete with beds, a bathroom, and everything you’d expect from a luxurious hotel room, all themed to the fantasy world of Cinderella’s castle domain. It’s not reservable, and opportunities to stay inside the suite are rare, but a lucky guest will soon get that chance.

A charity fundraiser is offering an overnight stay in the Cinderella Castle Suite at Magic Kingdom for one lucky winner. We have details for how to enter and what’s inside the suite. Mickey Visit brings you the latest Disney news and planning resources, including our review of a new menu at a Disney World restaurant and huge announcements about new Disney World rides that could happen next month.

Sleep in the Disney World Castle

Cinderella Castle

Walt Disney World is home to several deluxe resort hotel accommodations. The most coveted stay of them all, though, remains out of reach: a night inside Cinderella Castle.

Disney built the Cinderella Castle Suite in 2007 as the grand daily prize of its Year of a Million Dreams campaign, awarding “dreams come true” to random theme park guests.

Not all prizes were as extravagant as a night in the Dream Suite. For example, to give you an idea of what “counted” as a dream come true, 13-year-old me was awarded a certificate for beating a cast member in a game of tic-tac-toe.

The Cinderella Castle Suite evokes the same lavish, medieval architectural style as the castle’s exterior. One could easily imagine Cinderella herself living in these royal quarters.

These days, Disney no longer awards nightly stays inside the Castle Suite. However, on special occasions, a stay is offered as a sweepstakes or charity fundraiser prize, as is the case with a newly launched opportunity.

Give Kids the World Village is an 89-acre resort near Walt Disney World that provides cost-free Central Florida vacations to children with critical illnesses and their families. The vast majority of trips at Give Kids the World Village are to grant wishes through Make-A-Wish. A new fundraiser sweepstakes that Give Kids the World Village launched offers the prize of one night in the Cinderella Castle Suite.

The grand prize comes with a full Disney World vacation, including:

  • 1 night inside the Cinderella Castle Suite at Magic Kingdom for up to 4 guests
  • 2 nights at a Disney World deluxe hotel
  • Round-trip airfare for up to 4 guests
  • 3-day theme park admission with Park Hopping privileges for up to 4 guests
  • Breakfast at Cinderella’s Royal Table, the restaurant inside the castle
  • $500 Disney Gift Card

The sweepstakes is a fundraiser, with a base $10 donation granting the participant 100 entries for the grand prize, with more entries for larger donations. Each individual can enter a maximum of 5,000 entries. There is an option to enter the sweepstakes without donating, but we recommend contributing to the great work Give Kids the World Village continues to provide for these deserving families. Enter the sweepstakes here.

The sweepstakes is now live and will remain open through November 14, 2026. The winner will be drawn on November 16.

Of course, Give Kids the World accepts donations of any amount year-round, regardless of any ongoing prize incentive. If you’re local to Orlando, the organization also has volunteer opportunities to serve onsite at Give Kids the World Village. See those opportunities on the Give Kids the World website.

We are strong supporters of Make-A-Wish. Our founder, Gavin Doyle, is getting ready to run the New York Marathon at the end of the year and is raising money for Make-A-Wish. Click here to donate to his efforts.
