Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival 2026 kicked off on March 6 and continues through April 27. This event brings many specialty dishes that are exclusively available this time of year, and introduces many new selections.

Pixar debuted its new film Hoppers on March 6. In the story, scientists “put this into this” as they transport a young girl’s mind into a wild beaver. Disney California Adventure introduced four ways to celebrate the movie in the park for a limited time. There is a very cute new attraction with this.

Throughout Disneyland Resort, various dining locations introduced a whopping 142 menu changes in March! See part 1, part 2, and part 3 of our coverage on these changes to get all caught up on what’s new and what’s gone. Among these updates was one particular item we’re sad to see leave!

BoxLunch debuted a new spring apparel collection featuring popular characters like Winnie the Pooh, as well as characters who don’t often appear on merchandise, like the stars of Bambi and The Aristocats. The clothing items come in pastels, perfect for springtime.

2026 marks 100 years since Winnie the Pooh’s debut in author A.A. Milne’s book. To celebrate, Disney is releasing a ton of new Pooh merchandise. There are some adorable items in this merch drop.

Earlier this year, the Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) bus shuttle system was discontinued. March 18, 2026, was a huge day for Disney personnel changes. Effective that day, Josh D’Amaro became The Walt Disney Company CEO, replacing Bob Iger. Subsequently, Thomas Mazloum became Disney Experiences Chairman, replacing D’Amaro. In turn, Jill Estorino became President of Disneyland Resort, replacing Mazloum. Along with this wave of transitions came lots of news. On the first day of Josh D’Amaro’s tenure as CEO, he made 9 announcements on the future of Disney and commented on Lightning Lane policies within Disney theme parks.

That same day, a proposal to evaluate Disney’s Disability Access Service (DAS) policies was one of the items on the agenda for The Walt Disney Company’s annual shareholders meeting. A store in Disneyland Park closed for the second spring season in a row to make room for a temporary seating area. Another new seating area also opened in Disney California Adventure, replacing a former FastPass distribution area.
