New Disneyland Cavalcade is More Parade-Like and Great to See Characters

Disneyland’s 70th anniversary celebration is bringing lots of special entertainment offerings to the park, including a cute new daytime cavalcade featuring some rare characters! “The Celebrate Happy Cavalcade” will run twice daily at Disneyland Park.

New 70th Anniversary Character Cavalcade

Duffy and ShellieMay in 70th anniversary cavalcade

The 70th anniversary cavalcade features two moving platforms and characters walking. It kicks off with rare Duffy and Friends characters Duffy and ShellieMay on bikes! You’ll see Max and Goofy following close behind in their colorful 70th anniversary attire.

Next, you’ll see a Disney princess float featuring Merida, Snow White, Pocahontas, and Jasmine.

The Celebrate Happy Cavalcade at Disneyland Park characters

At the end of the cavalcade, you’ll see a bunch of classic characters on foot, like Mary Poppins, Alice, Peter Pan, etc.

The cavalcade runs twice daily at 1:30 PM and 2:45 PM. Over at Disney California Adventure, the “Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!” is another daytime parade that will be running during the celebration.
