The rerelease of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith is coming to theaters April 24th and with it is a fun lineup of popcorn buckets celebrating the film including this commemorative poster from Fandago.

The real popular one is going to be this new breathing Darth Vader bucket available only at AMC which you see in their Instagram post above.

Snow White Live Action Popcorn Buckets

We have the first look at popcorn buckets and accessories at Cinemark for the Snow White live action. These are available now ahead of the movie's release on March 21, 2025.

Our Cinemark had the Mirror Bucket tin and Diamond Cup available.

The Dress Popcorn Tub and souvenir cup are also available!

Captain America Brave New World Popcorn Buckets

Since this is a Marvel release, you will find the best popcorn buckets for this film at AMC since they are partnered with Disney. The above popcorn bucket is an extendable Captain America shield which is looking to be the most popular popcorn bucket for this movie.

At Cinemark, the Falcon wings are featured on this popcorn bucket and sipper.

Cinemark also has more varieties of popcorn buckets including these two tin ones and helmet. There is also an assortment of themed cups.

Over at Regal Cinema, Marvel fans can find this Red Hulk and Captain America shield popcorn bucket.

When Do Movie Popcorn Buckets Release?

Popcorn buckets at popular movie chains often are released before the day a movie hits theaters which can be frustrating for movie fans. If you have your heart set on a popcorn bucket then you should plan on stopping in the theater in the few weeks leading up to the movie's release.

You can just go into the movie theater and purchase the popcorn buckets, you don't need to be seeing a movie at the time!

Which Popcorn Buckets Are Most Popular?

If popcorn buckets aren't too popular, they'll often linger for awhile after the movie's release. But for movies that are very popular, the popcorn buckets will also see that same demand.

This was something we saw for Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour when it came to theaters. Many fans were lined up in the lobbies of theaters just to purchase the popcorn buckets, tote bags, and other collectible items released with that film.

Another example of that was the Barbie movie which had a number of different popular popcorn buckets at the different theaters along with other accessories like this Barbie blanket purse, pictured above!

Usually there's a “most popular” popcorn bucket for each movie release that goes viral. Sometimes we will see these popcorn buckets listed on eBay for five times their actual price! But that doesn't mean people will actually purchase them. Sometimes the movie theaters keep restocking making the popcorn buckets more readily available which lowers the resale price.
