This second location will be called Six Ravens and specializes in a creation Lewis is calling “Coffyns,” the original term for an old school hand pie. This will be a grab-and-go option in a small space that works in collaboration with Gideon’s Kitchen and fan favorite Orlando culinary specialists. “Coffyns” are fluffy, yeast-based rolls filled with a variety of sweet and savory options, similar to a traditional hand pie that some guests may already be familiar with.
