This is your resource for everything happening at Disneyland the week of November 3, 2025. This week, we have news about a new Magic Key giveaway, Paint the Night pausing, Magic Key passes back on sale, and more.
See the Disney announcements from this past week that you may have missed, as well as recent news of a top Disneyland ride opening early from its multi-month refurbishment and changes to the Disneyland ticket booths.
Important Disneyland Dates This Week
The Paint the Night parade will temporarily pause to make way for holiday entertainment starting on Monday, November 10. This means that the last day you can see Paint the Night this year is Sunday, November 9. Paint the Night will be returning for the remainder of the 70th anniversary celebration next year. The Inspire and Believe Magic Key Annual Passes will go on sale this week, beginning Tuesday, November 4, no earlier than 9 a.m. PT, while supplies last. These two passes both increased in price as of the recent Disneyland price increases, though the down payment was lowered.
Wondrous Journeys has returned, showing with projections on weekdays and fireworks on the weekends! This will only be back for a short run before the holiday fireworks show kicks off at the start of the Christmas celebration at Disneyland.
The parks will have shorter hours of operation this week. Disneyland closes on weekdays at 10 pm and Friday-Sunday at 11 pm. Disney California Adventure will close at 9 pm every day. This is expected to be a quieter week before the kickoff of the holidays.
Several days this week are the lowest tier of 1-day 1 park per day ticket prices. These $104 dates are Monday, November 3, Tuesday, November 4, Wednesday, November 5, Thursday, November 6, and Monday, November 10. This week, and a few days next week, are the last $104 dates of the year. You can see all of the cheapest dates to visit Disneyland in 2026 here.
Veterans Day falls on a Tuesday next week, but we still expect high crowds during this weekend leading up to the holiday. Many will likely take advantage of the holiday to take Monday off and plan a trip. This week, there will be an Artist Showcase and Signing by Dave Avanzino from November 6 to 9. Here is Disney’s description of the event: “Dave Avanzino’s unique, dimensional style presents familiar characters, words and phrases in a new way. Visit this artist showcase to see how he uses a variety of materials including paper, wood, metal and wire to create his artwork, which is available for purchase only during the event dates.” The showcase and signing will be held from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Disneyana on Main Street, U.S.A.
Kicking off on November 3 is a Magic Key lenticular card series giveaway, celebrating A Christmas Fantasy Parade! The four lenticular trading cards each showcase a float from the parade. The giveaway starts on November 3, and every Monday, a new card drops. Magic Key holders will get a special frame when they pick up their first trading card. If you get all four, it will create an image of the Christmas Fantasy Parade! You can pick up the cards from November 3 through November 27, 2025, during regular operating hours at Disneyana, Disneyland Park, Kingswell Shop, Disney California Adventure Park, and WonderGround Gallery, Downtown Disney District. You get the main card design once, then every Monday you get a new little card.
Country Music at Downtown Disney runs November 1–19, 2025, with entertainment 12 PM–10 PM daily at the Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage & Lawn, presented by ABC, CMA & the 59th CMA Awards. You can see the lineup of singers in our separate article here.
Right now, you can participate in the Disney Ultimate Toy Drive, during which Disney helps bring toys to millions of children in need during the holidays. You can donate a toy at World of Disney, Star Wars Trading Post, or other participating locations in Downtown Disney. There is also the option to donate a toy online through the Disney Store.
