Disneyland Made 23 Restaurant Changes Including Menu Refresh at Popular Sit Down Restaurant

Disneyland regularly refreshes menus throughout its theme parks, resort hotels, and dining areas due to the vast number of locations across the property. This week’s dining changes included 23 changes, with most of the changes happening at a popular sit-down restaurant as it received a seasonal menu refresh. Carthay Circle Receives Menu Overhaul

Carthay Circle Restaurant at Disney California Adventure has introduced a seasonal refresh that leans into new spring flavors with globally inspired ingredients. Previously, we shared a change recently at the Carthay Circle Lounge.

The new menu highlights lighter seafood options, vegetable-forward plates, and bold flavor combinations, including Blue Fin Tuna Crudo, Tempura Fried Shrimps with mango-miso glaze, Roasted Spring Asparagus with pistachio and basil, and a plant-based Wild Mushroom Paella. Heartier entrees like Prime Bone-In Short Ribs and Slow Braised Pot Roast with ricotta polenta add richer options to the updated menu.

But with this menu refresh came the removal of previous dishes, including the Braised Short Rib Raviolis, Salmon Carpaccio, Carthay Salad, Roasted Chestnut & Apple Soup, and the Korean Style Angus New York Steak. See all the changes below.

South India Spiced Squash Blossom – Fresh Chickpea Yogurt, Preserved Lemon Vinaigrette

Roasted Spring Asparagus – Pistachio, Basil, Crème Fraîche, Sungold Tomato

Sustainable Fish of the Day* – Spicy Crab Fried Rice, Thai Basil-Coconut Nage

Slow Braised Pot Roast – English Peas, Tender Radish, Ricotta Cheese Polenta

Wild Mushroom Paella – Nantes Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, Smoked Paprika Aïoli

Braised Short Rib Raviolis – Celery Root, Sundried Tomato, Mushrooms, Shallot Confit

Salmon Carpaccio with Potato Crepes* – Sour Cream, Capers, Cucumber, Citrus Oil

Roasted Artichokes Hearts – Pine Nut Butter, Red Bell Peppers, Petite Arugula

Carthay Salad – Pears, Pecans, Almonds, Goat Cheese, Winter Citrus

Roasted Chestnut & Apple Soup – Wild Rice, Kale, Applewood Ham

Carthay Grilled Scallop Cioppino – with a Rich Shrimp, Mussel, Clam Broth and Crusty Bread

Roasted Wild Mushroom & Gnocchi – Cauliflower, Nantes Carrots and Basil Pesto

Korean Style Angus New York Steak 14oz – Sesame-Macadamia Nut Roasted Broccolini

Disneyland Park

Disneyland is phasing out several souvenir drink cups across multiple locations while adding a couple of new dessert items, including a themed cake and classic beignets.
