Disneyland has announced a new complimentary Park Hopper ticket will be available to eligible first responders who fought the recent Los Angeles wildfires.
While the wildfires were active, Disneyland offered support to the community with a $15 million donation to the Los Angeles wildfire relief efforts and provided support for displaced Cast Members. During the devastating Los Angeles fires and their aftermath, Disneyland has been a safe place for many to escape from the grief and uncertainty. Our hearts are with the first responders who fought bravely and those affected by the wildfires.
We will share more details on this first responder ticket and how Disney has supported relief efforts in the community.

Disneyland is offering a free Heroes Ticket for first responders, which includes two complimentary One Day Park Hopper tickets they can use to enjoy a visit to Disneyland with a guest. The offer is available to eligible California firefighters and Los Angeles-based law enforcement personnel and emergency medical technicians who aided in the recent Los Angeles wildfires last month. The ticket will also be available to eligible individuals from other departments who provided mutual aid assistance.
The Heroes Ticket is valid for use from May 5 through August 7, 2025, Mondays through Thursdays, with a theme park reservation required. Disney shared that more information, including eligibility and verification requirements and how to register for the tickets, will be given directly to qualifying fire, police, and sheriff's departments in April.
“We are inspired by the endless dedication and contributions of the heroes who battled the fires that took place in the LA area, and our gratitude for their service is immeasurable,” said Disneyland Resort President Ken Potrock. “We hope these heroes can enjoy a memorable day with a loved one at our parks, because they certainly deserve it.”

Universal Studios Hollywood is also offering a complimentary 1-day general admission ticket to eligible active U.S.-based first responders and a 50% savings on up to three additional tickets through the First Responder Heroes Ticket, which will be available now through April 10, 2025.
In addition to its $15 million donation to relief efforts, The Walt Disney Company has continued to support the community including through Disney VoluntEARS donation drives collecting more than 200,000 essential items for those impacted by the fires and a new Disney LA Strong t-shirt available for purchase on the Disney Store for California fire relief. For every t-shirt sold in the U.S. through the end of this year (December 31, 2025), Disney will donate $25 to the American Red Cross to help those impacted by the fires in California in 2025.
“It was devastating to witness the impact of the Los Angeles wildfires, especially knowing so many of our colleagues and their families call this area home,” said Tasia Filippatos, president of Disney Consumer Products. “The Disney LA Strong shirt represents our collective show of support for the community and is a powerful reminder that, together, we have the strength to rebuild and heal.”
