Mark your calendars for May 29th, as Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ prepares to host its highly anticipated Bloody Mary Master Class! Following a successful debut last year, the restaurant is bringing this experience back just in time for summer.
The cost is $150 per person, and it takes place from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM.
Guests will sample a diverse range of flavors with a full beverage flight, perfectly paired with several of the kitchen’s signature snacks.
On the Plate:
- Elevated Deviled Eggs: A fancy take on a Southern Classic, topped with premium ingredients.
- Crispy Shrimp Croquettes: These come paired with a bright cilantro lime sauce and a hint of orange glaze.
- Fried Chicken Biscuits: A legendary menu item featuring crispy thighs tucked into fluffy biscuits with a sweet and spicy honey finish.
- Pimento Burger Sliders: Topped with rich truffle aioli, bacon, and a signature fried green tomato.
- Hummingbird Cake: A sweet finale featuring Chef Art’s famous pineapple-banana cake with decadent frosting.
In the Glass:
- The Southern Mary: A bold mix featuring black pepper vodka and a whiskey-infused base.
- Green Tomato Mary: A garden-fresh twist using Tito’s and a unique green tomato blend, served with bacon and a stuffed pepper.
- Dill Pickle Mary: For the pickle lovers, this one uses dill pickle moonshine and comes with a moonshine-soaked garnish.
- Cuban Mary: An island-inspired version made with rum and topped with a tiny Cuban Sandwich.
