The Disney LEGO sets that were released in March did not all focus on a specific theme. However, that does not mean that they disappointed! In fact, they did quite the opposite. In March, we received two unique Encanto sets, an extremely intricate set for Disney adults, and a character that’s a fan favorite.
One of the unique Encanto sets from the March release is a beautiful flower arrangement. Of course, this design is a perfect match for the equally beautiful Isabela. Intended for builders ages 9 and over, this set is a bit more mature in the aspect that it focuses more on the build of the flowers. However, it does still leave room for play. Specifically, in Isabela's room! The flowerpot opens up to reveal a space for Isabela to have fun and relax. This Disney LEGO set, which originally retailed for $39.99, is not only a great source of fun, but also a beautiful display piece!

The second Encanto set from the March release focuses on Mirabel. This set provides the opportunity to build a photo frame, jewelry box, and a piece of jewelry! The Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ Cottage LEGO set is the most detailed Disney LEGO set of 2024. It’s also the most expensive of the Disney Lego sets, originally retailing for $219.99. This 2,228 piece set is intended for builders who are 18 years of age or older.
This dazzling set includes the Seven Dwarfs, Snow White, Prince Charming, and the Evil Queen in her old hag form. Builders can set the scene by creating the wishing well, cottage, and sleeping chamber. The Disney adults building this set will enjoy the tiny details such as the forest creatures, plant life, diamonds and mining equipment, and the LEGO brick that actually lights up to create a glowing effect for the fireplace inside of the cottage.

For the first time ever, LEGO builders can now build a large, full-form, Stitch. This 730 piece set, which originally retailed for $64.99, features the friendly blue alien that we’ve all come to know and love. Builders ages 9 and over can build Stitch, along with his Hawaiian shirt, flower accessory, and ice cream cone. Once built, Stitch’s ears can be posed to show what kind of mood he’s in.

In May of 2024, we weren’t given multiple Disney LEGO sets. Instead, we were only given one! However, this set gave us ALL the feels. Or should I say.. It gave Riley all the feels. That’s right. The single Disney LEGO set that was released in May of 2024 was from Inside Out 2!
This 394 piece set, which is intended for builders ages 9 and over, doubles as a toy as well as a way to express emotions. With the help of Joy, Anxiety, and two mind workers (Margie and Foreman), builders can express their feelings with the interchangeable mood plates. Build, rebuild, and replace as often as necessary! June was a big month for Sleeping Beauty, Simba, and BrickHeadz! It was also another month that featured more unique and intricate designs. Some very impressive Disney LEGO sets were released during the month of June.

With 528 pieces, builders ages 12 and over can build a miniature model of Sleeping Beauty Castle. Standing just over 7 inches tall, 5.5 inches wide, and 4 inches deep, this Disney LEGO set can be used as a beautiful display piece or great source of fun. This set originally retailed for $39.99.
The first Disney BrickHeadz LEGO set of 2024 featured Joy, Sadness, and Anxiety. With 300 pieces, builders ages 10 and older can build these three popular characters from Inside Out 2. This set originally retailed for $19.99.

While this set is only 583 pieces and intended for builders as young as 7 years of age, it is extremely impressive. Though the minifigs give off a childish charm, the Maleficent dragon really steals the show. When coming across this set in person, it instantly caught my eye. Originally retailing for $69.99, this set includes Aurora, Prince Phillip, and Samson minifigs along with the buildable castle and dragon. This set also includes moving features. By the turn of a wheel, the vines on the castle will move. Maleficent’s dragon wings can also move, folding in or out.

Originally retailing for $19.99, this adorable Simba cub set can be enjoyed by builders 6 years of age and older. With only 222 pieces, this Simba is able to be built relatively easily. Once built, this LEGO Simba cub can be put on display or played with! While The Magical Madrigal House LEGO set is able to be built by builders ages 7 years and older, it’s rather large and comes with a lot of pieces! With 1,560 pieces, builders are able to bring The Magical Madrigal House to life. The house is made up of nine buildable sections which includes eight rooms and a storage drawer. Once complete, your house will have magical features – just like it does in the movie! Out of the two Simba sets that were released in June, this one is far superior. However, it’s also priced much higher at $129.99 and is meant for builders ages 18 and older. Even so, this is another set that I was instantly drawn to when I saw it in person. This 1,445 piece set builds a beautiful, full-form display piece. Just like the Simba cub, this young Simba also has a poseable head.

Moana's Flowerpot is another set that allows builders ages 9 and over to focus on building a beautiful flower arrangement. This 619 piece set can be used as a display piece or for fun. The base opens up to reveal a detailed space that Moana and Pua can explore and have many adventures in. Along with the flowerpot, you can also build Moana’s boat!

Snow White’s Jewelry Box LEGO set allows builders ages 6 and over to have a variety of fun. There were only a few Disney LEGO sets released in July, all of which focused on Disney Princesses. Two, in fact – Ariel and Elsa. The Ariel that is featured in these Disney LEGO sets comes from the Disney Junior show Ariel: Mermaid Tales. Appropriately, these sets are designed for younger builders. Let’s take a look!
Ariel’s Music Stage is a 60 piece set that is intended for builders ages 4 and over. Included in this set are minifigs of Ariel and Sebastian. With a buildable stage and refreshment counter, Ariel and Sebastian are able to have the best concerts under the sea. Elsa’s Ice Palace LEGO set allows builders ages 6 years of age and older to play out their Frozen dreams. August brings us to our most recent release. Two new Disney LEGO sets became available just days ago. One of these sets is the first Duplo set of 2024. Duplo sets include big, chunkier bricks and pieces that are perfect for toddler builders! The big pieces are easier for little hands to maneuver and these sets don’t include tiny pieces that could easily become a choking hazard. The other set that was released this month is from Encanto! This set features a special male character. No, not Bruno. You know we don’t talk about him..

LEGO often releases many sets right around Christmas time so you will often see many new LEGO sets start to debut this time of the year.
Speaking of Christmas, in September, a Disney Advent Calendar LEGO set is being released. This 253 piece set is intended for builders ages 5 and over. The advent calendar – themed around Elsa, Tiana, Ariel, Moana, and Mirabel – includes 24 gifts. Depending on the day, the gift may be a character, activity, or surprise. The box also turns into a game board that up to 5 players can enjoy. This set is currently able to pre-order for $44.99.
Disney Advent Calendar 2024
While there is only one Disney LEGO set currently on the Coming Soon list, there is one mystery set that’s on the 2024 release list. This is LEGO set number 43236. Details have yet to be released about this set, making it a complete mystery. The design, age group, piece number, and price are all unknown. The only information that we have at this moment is the set number and confirmation that it will be released in 2024. Perhaps this is one of the sets that will be released closer to Christmas time. While we would love to know what this Disney LEGO set is, the mystery of it does make it exciting and something to look forward to!

Though the minifigs give off a childish charm, the Maleficent dragon really steals the show. When coming across this set in person, it instantly caught my eye. Originally retailing for $69.99, this set includes Aurora, Prince Phillip, and Samson minifigs along with the buildable castle and dragon. This set also includes moving features. By the turn of a wheel, the vines on the castle will move. Maleficent’s dragon wings can also move, folding in or out.

43243: Simba the Lion King Cub
Originally retailing for $19.99, this adorable Simba cub set can be enjoyed by builders 6 years of age and older. With only 222 pieces, this Simba is able to be built relatively easily. Once built, this LEGO Simba cub can be put on display or played with! 43245: The Magical Madrigal House
While The Magical Madrigal House LEGO set is able to be built by builders ages 7 years and older, it’s rather large and comes with a lot of pieces! With 1,560 pieces, builders are able to bring The Magical Madrigal House to life. The house is made up of nine buildable sections which includes eight rooms and a storage drawer. Once complete, your house will have magical features – just like it does in the movie! Complete with waving shutters, a hidden picture, opening waterfall, and more, this set will have you feeling like you’re visiting the family Madrigal!

43247: Young Simba the Lion King
Out of the two Simba sets that were released in June, this one is far superior. However, it’s also priced much higher at $129.99 and is meant for builders ages 18 and older. Even so, this is another set that I was instantly drawn to when I saw it in person. This 1,445 piece set builds a beautiful, full-form display piece. Just like the Simba cub, this young Simba also has a poseable head.

43251: Moana’s Flowerpot
Moana's Flowerpot is another set that allows builders ages 9 and over to focus on building a beautiful flower arrangement. This 619 piece set can be used as a display piece or for fun. The base opens up to reveal a detailed space that Moana and Pua can explore and have many adventures in. Along with the flowerpot, you can also build Moana’s boat!

43276: Snow White’s Jewelry Box
Snow White’s Jewelry Box LEGO set allows builders ages 6 and over to have a variety of fun. With the 358 pieces, you can build a jewelry box, play with the Snow White and Evil Queen minifigs, create your very own LEGO bracelet, and more! July Release
There were only a few Disney LEGO sets released in July, all of which focused on Disney Princesses. Two, in fact – Ariel and Elsa. The Ariel that is featured in these Disney LEGO sets comes from the Disney Junior show Ariel: Mermaid Tales. Appropriately, these sets are designed for younger builders. Let’s take a look!
43235: Ariel’s Music Stage
Ariel’s Music Stage is a 60 piece set that is intended for builders ages 4 and over. Included in this set are minifigs of Ariel and Sebastian. With a buildable stage and refreshment counter, Ariel and Sebastian are able to have the best concerts under the sea. The stage area includes a microphone and spinning dance floor so Ariel can really show off her performance skills! Both friends can also express their musical talents. Sebastian can keep to the beat with his set of maracas while Ariels jams on her guitar.

43244: Elsa’s Ice Palace
Elsa’s Ice Palace LEGO set allows builders ages 6 years of age and older to play out their Frozen dreams. With the 630 piece set, builders can build Elsa’s beautiful ice palace, which has movable pieces! By pulling on the floors/stairs, the palace doors magically open. For more dramatic play, a lever can be pushed which causes the chandelier to fall, just like it does in the movie!

43254: Ariel’s Crystal Cavern
Ariel’s Crystal Cavern is another Disney LEGO set that gives younger builders a chance to explore the world of Ariel: Mermaid Tales. A little larger build, this 141 piece set is intended for builders ages 4 and older. This set includes three buildable areas – a whale vehicle, shipwreck with treasure chest, and a potion area. Ariel, Flounder, and Ursula are all included in this set. Along with multiple detail pieces, endless fun and imagination can be had with this set. Ariel’s crystal cavern even includes a moving piece! A spinning platform reveals a mirror so Ariel can see just how beautiful she is. This set originally retailed for $29.99.

August Release
August brings us to our most recent release. Two new Disney LEGO sets became available just days ago. One of these sets is the first Duplo set of 2024. Duplo sets include big, chunkier bricks and pieces that are perfect for toddler builders! The big pieces are easier for little hands to maneuver and these sets don’t include tiny pieces that could easily become a choking hazard. The other set that was released this month is from Encanto! Ariel and Flounder’s Café Stand is another Disney LEGO set from Disney Junior’s Ariel: Mermaid Tales. With only 22 pieces, this Duplo set is intended for builders ages 2 and over! Through the build of this set, little builders are working on maneuverability skills in a fun way. They can have endless fun with Ariel and Flounder as they use their imagination to create their own stories and adventures. This 310 piece Encanto set focuses on Antonio and his amazing gift of animal communication. Builders ages 6 and over can build a three-level tree as well as Antonio’s animal sanctuary. With Antonio and Mirabel minifigs, animals, and many more details, builders can spend hours helping these Encanto characters run the animal sanctuary. 43253: Disney Advent Calendar 2024
Speaking of Christmas, in September, a Disney Advent Calendar LEGO set is being released. This 253 piece set is intended for builders ages 5 and over. The advent calendar – themed around Elsa, Tiana, Ariel, Moana, and Mirabel – includes 24 gifts. Depending on the day, the gift may be a character, activity, or surprise. The box also turns into a game board that up to 5 players can enjoy. This set is currently able to pre-order for $44.99.

Unreleased Mystery Set
While there is only one Disney LEGO set currently on the Coming Soon list, there is one mystery set that’s on the 2024 release list. This is LEGO set number 43236. Details have yet to be released about this set, making it a complete mystery. The design, age group, piece number, and price are all unknown. The only information that we have at this moment is the set number and confirmation that it will be released in 2024. Perhaps this is one of the sets that will be released closer to Christmas time. While we would love to know what this Disney LEGO set is, the mystery of it does make it exciting and something to look forward to!
