Indiana Jones Adventure Ride Closure Extended
The Indiana Jones Adventure closure at Disneyland in early December has just been extended by a day. It will now be closed from December 1-3, reopening on December 4.
This could shift again and we will be watching the calendar closely to bring you the latest.

Previously, the calendar showed that the ride would only be closed from December 2-3. Though it’s a small change to the schedule, it’s still a notable one if you are planning on visiting during this time, as this may impact your Disneyland morning strategy at the park.
This is still a very short closure, compared to the ride’s longer refurbishment that took place earlier this year during the Spring Break season from March 17 to April 24. This will be taking place during a week that we anticipate in our Mickey Visit Disneyland crowd calendar to have very low crowds.

Right now, Storybook Land Canal Boats, Casey Jr. Circus Train, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad are all expected to overlap with this closure, as these rides do not yet have reopening dates listed on the refurbishment calendar. Disneyland recently extended Big Thunder Mountain Railroad’s closure again.
It is not uncommon for Disneyland to extend refurbishments so its teams have more time to work on necessary maintenance. Reopening dates are always an estimate and never guaranteed, which is why it’s important to always keep an eye on the latest changes to the Disneyland refurbishments calendar.
