Trader Sam’s Mixology Seminar Overview
There will be a limited-time run of mixology classes at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar. Each session includes a 45-minute class on making cocktails where guests can enjoy one non-alcoholic drink and one specialty cocktail, and a 90-minute fireside reception outside the restaurant. During that reception, guests can have one cocktail, enjoy hot and cold appetizers, and listen to live music. A non-alcoholic beverage option is available upon request. As guests exit, they will receive a Trader Sam’s 15th Anniversary mug as a keepsake from the event.

Tickets for this event are now on sale. Each ticket costs $183 per adult, with tax and gratuity added on afterwards. Since this is a pre-paid event, no discounts are applicable.
The following dates have classes at 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 8:00 PM, and 10:00 PM. It is important to note that the 10:00 PM sessions will have an indoor reception without live music.

Seeing as this is a mixology class with alcoholic beverages, all participants must be 21 or older and need to display a valid ID in order to be admitted. There is also limited space, with only 38 spots available in each session, so if you are interested, be sure to get tickets while you still can!
Trader Sam’s 15th Anniversary
This seminar is being held to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar, which is on May 25. This popular bar and restaurant is themed after the iconic Jungle Cruise, and is an immersive experience for all guests who enter. There are special animatronics, as well as lighting and sound cues based on what guests order at the bar, making it interactive as well.
Trader Sam’s has been undergoing off-and-on refurbishments since March 2. During this time, the indoor seating area was closed completely, with only the outdoor seating area open for guests. Trader Sam’s closed entirely on May 14, alongside the neighboring Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill. Both restaurants will be reopening on May 20, just in time for this big milestone.

Even before this anniversary celebration, Trader Sam’s was difficult to get reservations for. And now, coupled with the upcoming reopening, reservation spots might be hard to come by. Many guests will want to experience this popular bar for both the anniversary and because it was recently closed. If you want a reservation, be sure to grab one early!
